Please be advised that all applications to the open call will be processen after the deadline (The 7th of August 2023). Due to limited spaces for event, applications with a focus on diversity and democracy will be prioritised. However, we do always try our very best to make room for everyone.
The execution of and the agreements relating to your event are not binding until both parties have signed a contract. This will be made available once we have processed all submissions.
In most cases you will be liable for a fee for your event. The exact amount depends on your technical requirements (ie livestreaming). This fee covers rent, standard tecgnical equipment, stage management and marketing. If you are unable to pay a fee, do reach out to us to discuss a solution.
